Claude Murray

Claude is a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). His modes of practice incorporate Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. 

 

He believes through the right therapeutic relationship an individual can discover their true sense of self, find solace, receive healing and obtain freedom. 

 

Claude has over 13 years’ worth of experience in supporting young people and families. As a practitioner his holistic approach has enabled him to work on trauma units within the NHS accompanied by working in the education sector and criminal justice system. In addition, Claude has worked for a number of leading youth charities and currently manages a nationally recognised mentoring service located in South East London. 

Genique  is a fine artist and qualified secondary school English teacher. She previously worked in pastoral roles and specialised in SEND. She also mentors young people. Genique has a passion for helping people and creating safe spaces for open dialogue.

She has developed her style and niche over the past six years and often paints the human form, especially through portraiture and creating explosions of art in a unique forms embracing culture, life and realism.

Art is used to help people deal with emotions and difficulties. There may be things that we cannot say in words. This could be because the emotions or communication difficulties but art offers the room and space for individual expression and freedom.

Genique Middleton

Brendan is a REPs registered qualified personal trainer and professional footballer. He has experience working privately with clients, to achieve their health-related goals and also corporately, notably with David Lloyd Health Clubs. 

 

He is passionate about helping people to identify their personal goals, and assist individuals to take practical steps towards achieving these. Brendan uses his 10 years of experience in the football industry to help apply these same principles, techniques and training plans which professional athletes incorporate into their routines to aid others.

 

Brendan’s sports career includes working for; Crystal Palace FC, AFC Wimbledon & more recently Harrogate Town AFC and he believes physical exercise plays an important part in building healthy mentalities.
